Knowing that one is able to get into one's own car at any time and simply move ahead to go where one's legs (or wheels) will literally carry one, gives incredible pleasure and satisfaction, especially when one uses these opportunities frequently. A driver's license isn't just for commuting to work, driving the kids to school and bringing the heavy groceries home from the store. It is also a tool that allows for hassle-free travel. It gives freedom of travel and allows for spontaneous shorter or longer trips. Those who are interested in exploring new places, especially driving around Poland and discovering its magical corners, simply must have their own driver's license and their own car, for without these two tools domestic travel is really difficult to accomplish.
Mobility comes in handy both in professional life and in private life. Having one's own car and the ability to drive it on the road gives a person freedom, because it makes one independent of schedules, streetcar lines and available bus connections. Of course, from time to time, public transportation comes in handy even for those who have a driver's license, but when one wants to go to another city or, better yet, some smaller town or village, it is sometimes difficult to find a convenient and reasonably practical connection, even when looking at various trains, buses and coaches. Your own car and a driver's license also allow you to enjoy traveling much more. After all, I guess everyone prefers to drive to the rhythm of their favorite music, with the window open wide and without uncomfortable fellow passengers than to get tired in a stuffy and unpleasant-smelling compartment on a train.
Learning to drive can be quite difficult for many people, however, since most learners manage to get through it, any subsequent person is able to do so as well. There are no benefits without effort. Even your own driver's license, therefore, has to be earned.
